In 2005, Chris Krimitsos was producing TV shows in Tampa Bay. He had always been passionate about communicating meaningful messages to large audiences and his two shows Millionaire Mindset, a business financial show and The Bleepin’ Truth, a political debate show, gave him the opportunity to do just that. During his run, he looked for opportunities to connect people and was thrilled to see those relationships flourish. By the time the TV shows ended, his abilities to bring the right people together had become so effective that he realized this was a vital way he could help others and have a large impact. When his tenure in TV ended, Tampa Bay Business Owners was born.

From the beginning, Chris made sure the heart of Tampa Bay Business Owners was to bring positive minded people together to help one another out. This commitment to embody “the giver’s gain” attracted members from day one. Soon, Katie Krienitz stumbled upon the organization and was so taken by the group’s willingness to help her market her business, that she joined the group immediately. A strong friendship was struck between Katie and Chris and soon, Katie was making suggestions on how the system could improve for the benefit of everyone. The friendship blossomed into a romance and Katie took on new responsibilities with Tampa Bay Business Owners, including membership sales, operational systemization and team management. Just as Chris’ natural talents fed the organization’s creative, marketing and visionary components, Katie’s natural talents were in building the business’ systems and operations…an incredibly complimentary partnership. Chris and Katie now run the company as a team with their shared passion to positively affect the lives of Tampa’s business community.
